The actions put at the service of citizens are presented for the first time to the general public by the National Network of Precision Medicine on the basis of Neurodegenerative Diseases (EDIAN). The event will take place on March 31, 2022 at the Athens Concert Hall and the public will have the opportunity to attend it either in person or online, upon registration.

The event will be addressed by the Deputy Minister for Research and Technology, Dr. Christos Dimas, Secretary General of Research and Innovation, Professor Athanasios Kyriazis and representatives of patients’ associations, while Johns Hopkins University Professor Konstantinos Lyketsos, will give a speech entitled “Precision medicine in advancing of therapeutic approaches for Alzheimer’s disease and related diseases”. Representatives from all EDIAN network member institutions will also participate: Foundation for Research and Technology- Hellas, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Hellenic Pasteur Institute, Biomedical Research Foundation of the Academy of Athens, Biomedical Sciences Research Center “Alexander Fleming”, University of Patras, University of Crete and University of Thessaly.
